Maeser is a well-respected member of the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville (BIAL). There are many requirements in order to be a member of the Registered Remodeler Program and of course Maeser meets every one. Maeser is a proud member of the Kentucky Association of Master Contractors (KAMC). We stay up-to-date on regulations and mandates, receive quality education, resources and learn about upcoming laws. Maeser has been awarded the prestigious Angie’s List Super Service Award. This award reflects businesses’ consistently high level of customer service. This honor is bestowed on only 5 percent of all businesses rated on the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service and health providers.
Maeser is a member of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC). They are America’s premiere trade group for the plumbing, heating and cooling professional. Their mission is dedicated to the advancement and education of the plumbing and HVACR industry for the health, safety, and comfort of society and the protection of the environment. In attempting to achieve its goal of providing its customers’ options and quality service Maeser has completed the Certified Aging-in-place Specialist (CAPS) program sponsored by the National Home Builders Association.
The CAPS program teaches the technical, business management and customer service skills essential to provide home modifications for the aging in place. Maeser has completed all requirements and is now the only plumbing, heating and cooling company in Louisville, Kentucky with the designated of Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. Maeser has been a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business since 2005. Our rating is A+.
Maeser is a long-standing supporter of the Harbor House of Louisville and the Ken-Ducky Derby.
